Delete your account

From the app (immediate)

1. Open Rachealo and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
2. Confirm with Face ID / fingerprint or by typing DELETE.

Without the app

Write to juanselopex55@gmail.com from your account's email (Google or Apple) asking for deletion. We do it within 30 days at most.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, photo and bio), username, personal code, friendships, requests, blocks and keys.
• You leave all your groups; if you were the owner, ownership goes to the longest-standing member.
• Your messages in groups remain as "Deleted user" (encrypted) so the conversation isn't broken.
• Backups are renewed within 7 days at most.

Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically: cancel them first from the App Store or Google Play.
